What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing admin support through the recruitment process, including arranging interviews
  • Drafting offer letters and contracts
  • Requesting and providing employment references
  • Setting up new starters on our HR systems and keeping our records up to date
  • Updating trackers and running reports
  • Supporting payroll admin processes (full training given)
  • Arranging wellbeing and engagement activities
  • Answering questions re policies and processes by phone, email or in person
  • Notetaking in interviews and meetings
  • Supporting inductions
  • Drafting employee letters (probations, promotions, changes, leavers etc)
  • Contributing to the team's employee engagement work
  • Getting involved in a variety of HR projects designed to attract, develop and retain talented people

What You'll Bring

  • (Ideally) A degree or other qualification in HR or Business and a willingness to study towards CIPD L5
  • Attention to detail, numeracy and accuracy
  • IT literacy including MS Office
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility about responsibilities with the ability to pick up new tasks and systems quickly
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your workload in a busy, varied role
  • The drive to make a positive impact to team culture and business results

Salary: Up to £27.5K depending on skills and experience

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3 days onsite and up to 2 days homeworking per week after initial training

Location: Brusco Head Office in Offenham near Evesham

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
