**Details**:

- Salary: Up to £40, 000 per annum
- Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.15pm and Friday 8.30am-4.00pm
- Location: Evesham
- Duration: Permanent

**Role of an Executive Assistant/HR Generalist**:
**Executive Assistant**:

- Arrangements for formal Board and Management meetings, including scheduling meeting dates, preparation of agendas, attending meetings to take formal minutes and following up actions.
- Diary management and appointment making
- Preparation of presentations and report writing
- Collation and circulation of monthly reports
- Arrange visitor subsistence requirements
- Management of the organisation's filing systems
- Efficient and effective support to ensure the smooth running of the office involving ad-hoc projects and duties as required
- Handle any requirements in relation to company vehicles, including lease arrangements
- Liaise with insurance brokers in relation to the company's insurance requirements, ensuring requirements are updated as necessary for business risks
- Management of contracts and point of contact for UK office suppliers
- Management of keys, access cards & CCTV surveillance
- Liaise with telecoms providers in relation to landlines and mobile phones, ensuring that contracts offer efficient services and value for money

**Human Resources**:

- Personnel manager for all employees
- Driving culture & beliefs engagement across all departments
- Communicate policies & procedures
- HR Systems administrator
- Maintain attendance and training records.
- Book external training as required
- Prepare monthly HR report for management meetings
- Liaise with recruiters as required
- Prepare employment offer letters, contracts and other related documents
- Plan and implement induction programs for new staff
- Liaise with IT providers for hardware and initial set-up for new starters
- Act as Data Protection point of contact for the company
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation & best practices
