Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and ambitious Junior Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build a career in accounting, gain hands-on experience and contribute to the financial health of a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Help prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data
  • Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced accountants

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or working towards one)
  • Strong attention to detail and a love for numbers
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team
