We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal CCS Coordinator to join Norgine.

The person holding this position will report to the Chief Legal Officer and be a member of the Global Legal, Corporate Compliance and Sustainability (LCCS) team.

The core responsibility of the Legal CCS Coordinator is to provide strong and efficient administrative support and services to the LCCS team. This includes optimizing the department's performance through effective management of budgets, technology, vendors, strategic planning, and KPI tracking. The role requires consistently demonstrating and promoting the team's core values of positivity, pragmatism, and teamwork in all interactions and deliverables, fostering a collaborative and solutions-focused environment that enables the team to achieve its objectives.

This is a permanent role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Manage professional subscriptions and document storage (Teams, SharePoint, shared folders).

• Act as Training Coordinator for the LCCS Department, ensuring all team members are up to date with mandatory training via TMS.

• Assist with onboarding new employees and liaise with Facilities and IT for materials, equipment, and support.

• Handle administrative and logistical tasks, including archiving, travel arrangements, and expense queries.

• Monitor and generate KPIs, maintain the Legal Project Tracker, and track engagement and satisfaction surveys.

• Organize global and sub-function legal team meetings, including logistics, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

• Track budgets, report variances, and manage external LCCS spends (e.g., external counsel, IP maintenance costs).

• Create and manage Purchase Orders, secure approvals, track invoices, and liaise with suppliers to resolve queries.

• Maintain Diams trademark database and support compliance processes (Bribery declarations, Risk & Insurance tracker, Data Retention declarations).

• Proactively propose process improvements and support collaboration outside the team.

Requirements


• Legal Ops training and/or prior experience working with Legal and/or Compliance teams.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and KPIs effectively.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Interest in trademarks is a strong preference.
