We are looking for someone who:
Can manage key school administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise a varied workload.
Communicates clearly with staff, parents, contractors and the Trust team.
Can handle finance processes such as invoices, payments and basic reconciliations.
Is confident managing HR admin, staff records and required census returns.
Pays attention to detail in safeguarding, data protection and health & safety compliance.
Can support site operations, lettings and contractor liaison when needed.
Is flexible, reliable and committed to supporting the smooth running of the school.
