Duties
- Managing correspondence and handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette
- Organising and maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical
- Data entry and updating records using software such as Microsoft Office and Sage
- Assisting with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and organising events as required
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency
- Preparing reports and presentations using relevant software tools
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAGE or similar accounting software is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Good communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices
