Duties

  • Managing correspondence and handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical
  • Data entry and updating records using software such as Microsoft Office and Sage
  • Assisting with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and organising events as required
  • Supporting team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency
  • Preparing reports and presentations using relevant software tools
  • Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times

Experience

  • Previous office or administrative experience is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAGE or similar accounting software is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
  • Good communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices
