We are looking for a RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR to join our team.

5 * NESS WALK HOTEL, INVERNESS

5* 47 bedroomed, privately owned, Ness Walk Hotel situated on the banks of the River Ness are looking for a passionate , experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join their team. The Hotel's Restaurant is named Torrish after the beautiful salmon fly commonly used when fishing close by the River Ness. Here we serve delicious breakfast, lunches, afternoon tea, a la carte dinners alongside a diverse range of drinks and beverages.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Restaurant Supervisor who is hands on and can work alongside our Restaurant and Assistant Restaurant Manager and the Team to ensure the smooth operation of our Torrish Restaurant.

At Ness Walk we pride ourselves in an excellent Highland Experience and want our Guests to have a enjoyable, memorable time with us, by our team being attentive and delivering personal service.

Who we are looking for

  • You're friendly, enthusiastic and enjoy meeting new people. A 'can do 'attitude.
  • A strong team lead supervisor being able to deputise in the absence of the Restaurant Manager or the Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth service on your shift.
  • You're a team-player and enjoy working alongside colleagues in what can be a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication is vital to the success of a smooth operation within the department.
  • Assisting with compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant.
  • Restaurant experience in a quality restaurant or hotel is essential.
  • You are willing to learn and take direction, and are keen to progress your role through training and development.
