We are looking for a Business Support Senior Administrator to join our team in Newcastle.
The Senior Administrator will be responsible for managing the organisation and coordination of office administrative procedures and resources to support the needs of the office.
The Senior Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Oversight of client documentation, records incl. scanning, filing, and returning
  • Oversight and coordination of meeting rooms and client meeting requirements
  • Oversight and management of mail (incoming and outgoing)
  • Database Management
  • Oversight and delivery of client record, file management activity within the office in accordance with firm-wide processes
  • Coordination and support for setting up office events
  • Management of office facilities ensuring they are well-maintained and operational
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment
  • Provide administrative support to various Business Lines and Support Services
  • Line Management of Administrator/s
  • Assist with business development initiatives, events, and general Business Development office support as required

About You:

  • A leader of your work and your professional learning
  • Relevant experience in this or a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and on their own initiative
  • Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing demands
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others
