Sales Representative (OTE £100K+) – EVS Cleaning Services

Job Title:
 Sales Representative (Commission-Based + Mileage) – EVS CLEANING SERVICES (North West & Midlands)

EVS CLEANING SERVICES provides top-tier contractual cleaning solutions for commercial and industrial clients across the North West and Midlands. We're expanding and seeking a motivated 
Sales Representative
 to help grow our client base—offering a highly competitive package with 
OTE £100K+
, 
uncapped commission
, and 
mileage reimbursement
 for travel.

The Role & Your Mission:

  • Identify and approach potential commercial and industrial clients within the North West & Midlands.
  • Promote our specialized cleaning services and build 
    long-term, reliable client relationships.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Close high-value contractual deals and manage client onboarding with full support from our operations team.

What You Bring:

  • B2B Sales Experience:
     Proven success in B2B sales (experience in the 
    cleaning or facilities sector is a major plus
    ).
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be based in the 
    North West or Midlands
    , with access to reliable transport.
