**As a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting in-person sales visits to potential clients within your assigned territory.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets by effectively presenting and selling our products/services.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
- Reporting sales activities and results accurately and consistently.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies and share best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a related sales role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- The willingness to travel within your designated territory.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
