Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. This role requires a passion for food preparation, cooking, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and production.

Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
  • Supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
  • Assist the General Manager in matters across the business.

Experience

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Previous supervising experience is essential, with a focus on team management.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
  • Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
