Out of Bounds is vibrant, growing activity centre in Rustington. were looking for a dynamic social media and marketing executive to help us amplify our voice, grow our audience and drive ticket sales.

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target market.

You will also be required to build relationships with local businesses to create partnerships and opportunities to sell further tickets and activities.

Duties

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
  • Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage online community interactions, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field is preferred but not essential.
