Job Overview
Out of Bounds is seeking a creative and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand, engage our audience and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective email campaigns and social media strategies, website updates, analyzing market trends, and engaging across diverse channels and local communities.
This role requires a strong understanding of public relations, community engagement and social media management, as well as the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
You will also be required to build relationships with local businesses, community groups and other networking opportunities.
Duties
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos and written posts.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities and customer feedback.
- Analyse social media and email marketing metrics to assess effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create email campaigns and report on results. Experience using MailChimp or Klaviyo is preferred.
- Manage B2B sales processes, including lead generation, client engagement, and completing bookings.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing roles with social media management and email marketing.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Proficient in Photoshop, HTML, Adobe Creative.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach and ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
