IT System Optimisation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with existing knowledge within the IT industry or a teaching / training background, to become and integral part of a forward thinking IT provider based in North East Lincolnshire.
F4 IT provide IT support and solutions to a range of customers in both public and private sectors, with a particular specialism in supporting healthcare providers.
We aim to provide a service which is customer focused, fit for purpose and highly secure.
The service is ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus accredited and maintains high levels of data security throughout via the well-established processes and procedures.
The IT System Optimisation Specialist is central to supporting and enhancing the digital capabilities of our partner organisations.
The post-holder will have responsibility for the delivery of the following key tasks:
- Continually improve and optimise the service, acting on the analysis of KPI statistics and feedback.
- Provide ongoing support and training of systems which will include advice and technical support in a professional and customer focused manner.
- Monitoring national policies and guidelines as required and develop effective training and development activities and responses.
- Monitor and evaluate relevant training activity and assess and identify outstanding training objectives.
- Work with customers to identify ongoing training needs and development plans.
- Liaise and provide project teams and operational teams with advice and assessments on system use and design.
- Design, develop and implement data entry templates and questionnaires for use on the systems ensuring relevance, time efficiency and ease of use.
- Recognise and identify risks that systems may present and support the mitigation process.
- Adhere and support the policies for system optimisation, security, confidentiality and information governance.
- Required to work towards strict deadlines.
- Produce complex reports and analysis of data relating to work delivered in own specialism.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and other standards aimed at ensuring the confidentially, integrity and availability of information.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers, health professionals and other relevant members of staff on digital matters.
- Manage and implement the policies and procedures relating to own area of knowledge.
- Propose changes to working practices and procedures.
- Liaising with customers to discuss ongoing training service improvements and requirements
- Liaise and work closely with all F4 IT services, analysing trends and ongoing/recurring issues, to identify potential training needs and requirements of our customers.
