The Role

  • Assemble cabinets and related products to a high professional standard.
  • Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, specifications and works orders accurately.
  • Inspect and measure finished items to ensure correct completion and quality compliance.
  • Provide feedback to assist continual product and machining improvement.
  • Support checks and training for outsourced production partners (training provided).
  • Meet agreed production output targets while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment and follow all H&S procedures.
  • Work positively with colleagues and represent the company professionally at all times.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Experience assembling a wide variety of cabinet types and specialist materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage workload effectively.
  • Confidence in handling awkward or heavy materials.
  • Good communication skills and personable approach.
  • Good computer literacy with cutting/drilling programmes on beam saws or CNC machines.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised.

Desirable

  • Experience building bespoke or specialist cabinet designs.
  • Experience optimising materials to reduce waste.
  • Experience trialling or developing new cabinet construction methods.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
