Customer Support Specialist

In order to continue providing a 'gold standard' level of customer service at all times, a highly efficient and responsive Customer Support Specialist, with previous experience in a similar client focussed role, is required to maintain the efficient daily functioningof the customer service operation.
Bluesky Solutions have the UK's largest stock ranges of plastic and aluminium bottles, jars, containers and accessories, and also offer a complete end to end service of product formulation and filling, primarily for the personal care industry. They strive toprovide their clients with inspiration, whilst understanding the difficult questions that accompany every new product development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Take responsibility for providing a premier customer service at all times, to all customers to include;
- Phone Answering & Fielding
- Processing and Management of Customer Sales Orders
- Upload new sales enquiries & sample requests onto the ERP system (within set criteria)
- Maintenance of Helpdesk & follow through of Returns
- Maintenance of the Export Projects on the ERP system
- Maintain & update database and CRM as required
- Commitment to the Customer Service Team execution of agreed strategies, 90-day goals (Rocks), KPA's and metrics.
- Maintenance of and adherence to all systems and processes associated with the role.
- Maintenance and upkeep of all plant and equipment used in the role.
- Any other ad Hoc responsibilities that arise that are directly associated with the role.

**Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experience of providing an exemplary, office-based customer support service
- A professional and warm telephone manner
- The ability to engage positively with the broader team
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise a varied and changing workload
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of stakeholders
- A positive attitude with great attention to detail
