Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Oversee content creation and copywriting for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Utilise tools such as Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimise results.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage B2B marketing campaigns and foster relationships with partners and clients.
  • Analyse campaign data to measure effectiveness and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Lead a team of marketing assistants or interns when necessary, providing guidance and leadership.
  • Maintain organised records of all marketing activities and budgets.

Experience

  • Proven experience in management roles within marketing or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and IT tools relevant to digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in social media management and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights effectively.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for different audiences.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in project management with excellent organisational skills and time management abilities.
  • Leadership qualities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
