EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / PERSONAL ASSISTANT (IN-PERSON — EALING BROADWAY)

SBK Marketing is a fast-growing, high-performance marketing agency specialising in the property and construction industry. We operate fast, make big decisions quickly, and handle a huge amount of moving parts at once — media, marketing, strategy, systems, sales, client management and more.

This role is central to keeping everything tight, organised, and moving forward. We need someone sharp, switched-on, reliable, and confident. Someone who wants responsibility, wants to be part of a proper team, and wants to grow into a genuinely important position inside the company.

You must be within 30 minutes of Ealing Broadway station — this role is in-person, and we need someone who arrives fresh, engaged, and ready to perform.

What you'll do

This is a broad, practical role with real ownership:

  • Calendar management — booking meetings, managing schedules, preventing clashes
  • Operational admin — keeping the day-to-day running smoothly
  • Coordinating priorities — ensuring team members and clients are aligned
  • Preparing briefs, notes, agendas, documents
  • Following up with clients, suppliers, team members to keep deadlines tight
  • Supporting shoot days or client visits when needed
  • Monitoring tasks and chasing up what's outstanding
  • Solving problems independently — sorting things quickly without hesitation

This is not a passive assistant role. It's for someone who enjoys taking charge and making sure everything gets done properly.

Pay

£20–£30 per hour, depending on performance, capability, and how quickly you can absorb responsibility.

We will start the role at 2 days per week while we identify the strongest people —

not because the role is part-time, but because we want to choose based on initiative, not just availability.

Once you show you can deliver, communicate, and take ownership, moving you into a full-time position is not a problem — we grow fast and have the workload to match.
