Position Role: The Personnel Campaign Office SO1 Inflow B is responsible for cohering inflow activity across the ATTRACT, CONVERT and TRAIN spheres with a primary focus on current operations. 

Responsibilities: 
1.  Lead staff officer for Army Inflow (recruiting and basic training) current operation issues within the 2* DAR and 3* SJC, monitoring and reporting Inflow operations progress/performance.
2.  Lead staff officer for Army Retention, working closely with Fd Army and SJC HQs to identify issues, monitor and report blockers, progress and performance.
3.  Analyse inflow and outflow data, to generate detailed information in support of evidence-based decision making.
4.  Provide 2* level support to Army HQ in the development of people policy to enable recruiting and retention. 
5.   Deliver written and verbal briefs (often at pace) to 3* level, pan-Army, and provide support to Army Sec and MOD R&R team for ministerial activity.
6.  With SO1 Inflow A, deliver the Governance, H2A, monitoring and reporting on Op INVECTOR activity through the PCO, into PPO, ECAB and CGS Comd Gp. 
7. Supervision and career management responsibility for 1 x OR9 (FTRS) and 1 x OF3 (ARes). 
8.  Support the DAR enterprise in the transition to AFR, including the development of the Army Intelligent Customer, including future PCO construct.
