Position Role: The Army Digital Authority (ADA – currently in development), as part of ADaS, manages the Army Digital authority Portal (ADAP), which serves as the single point of entry for digital ideas and requirements. It connects frontline operations with strategic priorities, helping to uncover unmet needs and ensure that innovation is aligned and delivered with measurable impact. The SO1 Ops and Delivery will manage the day-to-day delivery of the ADAP infrastructure to ensure the continued delivery of a professional Digital service. This role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement to support the ADA's strategic objectives. 
 Responsibilities:
1. Manage the performance, availability, and reliability of the ADAP and its infrastructure. 
2. Ensure continued compliance with policy, standards, and security requirements.
3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for ADAP service delivery within SLAs and ToRs. 
4. Develop and update SLAs and ToRs as required. 
5. Alongside SO1 Plans, track task allocation of the delivery team to support project delivery of the ADAP.
6. Maintain awareness of other dependant or related project activities across DD, Fd Army, SJC other sS/Jt User teams
7. Develop and ensuring testing of the ADA Business Continuity Plan
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency
