We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-driven Accounts Assistant to join our small, busy, and friendly finance team at our Head Office in Cruckton. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a growing and forward-thinking organisation.
In this varied role, you will support a wide range of finance functions, including purchase ledger, petty cash management, expenses processing, and occasional assistance with payroll processing when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Uploading monthly sales invoices to the finance system
- Chasing outstanding debts and invoices
- Preparing monthly occupancy reports for the Senior Leadership Team
- Producing monthly reconciliation reports
- Processing payment requests from suppliers
- Creating and maintaining supplier accounts
- Completing weekly cash transfers to our children's homes
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Confident in advanced Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is required.
