Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success & Retention Intern, based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The intern will engage directly with clients, providing high-quality support and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, maintaining relationships, resolving issues, and assisting in the development of retention strategies. The intern will also contribute to improving service processes, gathering feedback, and supporting other customer success initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse client groups
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities for addressing client concerns and improving practices
  • Organization and time management skills to effectively manage client interactions and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Passion for customer service, education, and migration support
  • Preferred: Experience or interest in the education or migration support industry
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field
