We're hiring: Product Owner II – Payroll Payments (UK)

We're looking for an experienced
Product Owner
to lead the definition, rollout, and adoption of our
Payroll Payments strategy
across our payroll software and services in the UK.

This role focuses on delivering
secure, compliant, and seamless payment capabilities
embedded directly into payroll — helping customers pay people accurately, on time, and with confidence. You'll work closely with internal teams, customers, and third-party payment providers to shape and evolve a best-in-class payroll payments offering.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the
    product vision, roadmap, and backlog
    for payroll payments
  • Embed payment functionality across payroll software and services
  • Partner with payment providers including
    Telleroo, Bottomline, and Finastra
  • Ensure compliance with
    KYC, AML, and UK payroll regulations
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams
  • Work directly with customers to understand needs and drive adoption
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge
  • Support go-to-market activity, training materials, and customer communications

What we're looking for

  • Experience working with
    payroll, finance, or banking payment solutions
  • 2+ years
    as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • or
    5+ years
    in payroll software support or payroll service delivery
  • Strong understanding of
    payroll and HR compliance
  • Confident stakeholder management and clear communicator
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for quality and innovation
