With a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and collaboration, you'll contribute to a high-performing team that supports ITV's diverse talent base throughout the full payment lifecycle.
Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Process accurate and compliant talent payments, including primary and residual/royalty payments, from initial setup through to programme sale.
- Prepare, review, and submit contracts and associated documentation for prompt payment processing.
- Maintain and update legal, contractual, and personal data in line with Talent Payments policies, HMRC rules, GDPR requirements, and union agreements.
- Ensure secure handling of confidential information, including banking details and sensitive documentation.

- Provide first-line support for Talent Payments queries, resolving issues via inbox, helpdesk, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform regular data cleansing and reconciliation activities to maintain system accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with People Payments, HR, Finance, and other internal teams to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Support the development and tracking of KPIs and contribute to team goals and improvement initiatives.
- Provide cover for team members where required and engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, or Google Sheets and Docs, including ability to work with spreadsheets and structured data.
- Experience managing and responding to queries in a professional setting, such as shared inboxes, helpdesks, or customer service channels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information securely, with working knowledge of GDPR or data protection practices.
Other things we're looking for
(key criteria)
- Ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail while working with complex or high-volume data.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain processes and resolve queries professionally.
- Proven capability to build positive working relationships and operate as a collaborative team member.
- Demonstrated resilience and composure when working under pressure or managing time-sensitive tasks.
- Adaptability in response to changing workloads, priorities, or system/process updates.
- Sound problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and suggest improvements.
- Comfortable working within established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Awareness of or interest in payroll, finance, or payments processes, with willingness to learn technical aspects quickly.
