 Optis Consulting is actively seeking a SeniorAnalyst to join their Vancouver,Toronto, Calgary, New York, Montreal, Salt Lake City, or London team.  The Senior Analyst will work as a part of asmall team headed by an experienced Source -to -Pay consultant. The SeniorAnalyst will support the team in the development of solutions by interviewingkey stakeholders, gathering, and organizing information, analyzing data,mapping processes, configuring software, coordinating activities, and preparingreports that summarize findings.We need our Senior Analysts to be confident, versatile, andpassionate, with an ability to tackle new problems as we continue to help ourcustomers to improve. They must be logical thinkers, have a strong ability tocollaborate as part of a team and to manage ambiguous or uncertainsituations.  They must have exceptionalcommunication skills, be adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership. Requirements•      2 to 4years of experience.•      Universitydegree or diploma in Supply Chain Operations, Information TechnologyManagement, Business Operations Management, or International BusinessManagement.•      Intermediateto Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.•      Proficiencyin French and/or Spanish is an asset.•      Previousexperience in a management/consulting/professional services environment is preferred.RESPONSIBILITIES•      Assistin leading the delivery of client project work for Optis customers as directedby the project manager (developing the client action plan, coordinating thecompletion of the action plan, developing the formal proposal, participating inthe presentation of the proposal, influencing key decision makers).•      Train Optiscustomers on how to use software applications.•      Conductfollow up meetings with Optis customers to gauge the success of recommendedchanges.•      Participatein Optis internal projects.•      Continueto develop your professional skills, mentor others and seek mentorship.•      Assistin identifying and developing new business opportunities, doing lead generationactivities, or working with partners for referrals.SKILLS& ABILITIES•      Teamplayer with strong problem -solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.•      Mustbe detail -oriented and have ability to manage priorities and deadlines.•      Strongwritten and oral skills are required, including an ability to clearly explaincomplex concepts.•      Experiencedwith delivery and public speaking.•      Highenergy with the capability to multi -task in a dynamic, rapidly growingorganization.•      Ableto work with various teams and support multiple projects simultaneously.•      Abilityto work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions.•      Aptitudefor understanding how Optis solutions solve business problems.•      Ability to convey information clearly andprovide analysis as needed to help customers make proper decisions. SPECIALDEMANDS•      Abilityto travel within Canada and the United States​
