About Sterra Aesthetics:

Sterra Aesthetics is a modern, fully equipped beauty and aesthetics clinic located in the heart of Rochdale town centre. Our site features three treatment rooms — one dedicated to laser hair removal, one for body sculpting, and a third flexible space ideal for expanding into make-up, nails, massages, or other beauty services.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help grow the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about aesthetics and business management who's ready to take on a leadership role with genuine growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations and staff scheduling
  • Oversee client bookings, consultations, and treatment coordination
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to increase bookings
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Manage inventory, stock, and supplier relationships
  • Identify opportunities to expand the business (e.g., new treatments or partnerships)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in beauty, aesthetics, or clinic management
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Business-minded with a proactive attitude
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics (preferred but not essential)
