We are now seeking a Full Time Care Coordinator to join our friendly Crawley team. This is a vital role in ensuring our care services are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling, coordinating, and rota planning for care staff across West Sussex
Using rostering systems to manage shifts and ensure continuity of care
Supporting care staff and service users with professionalism and empathy
Taking part in holding the 'out of hours' on-call phone
Liaising with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure person-centred care delivery
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in the care sector, ideally as a Care Coordinator
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in care calls and rostering systems
Good literacy and presentation skills
Computer literacy and administrative experience
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
