Following the success of our first airport bar, we're excited to launch our second location in Manchester Airport Terminal 2 — a premium, design-led space where travellers can enjoy a perfectly served drink and outstanding service. We're now recruiting experienced supervisors to help lead our team and deliver an elevated bar experience from day one.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you will support the management team in leading day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards, and setting the tone for service. You'll play a key role in:

• Overseeing shifts and supporting the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensuring smooth running of operations, including stock control, opening/closing procedures, and compliance checks
• Training, mentoring and motivating bar and floor staff
• Leading by example in delivering premium customer service and product knowledge
• Maintaining brand standards and upholding health & safety and licensing requirements
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency

What We're Looking For

We're looking for confident, capable individuals who bring energy, attention to detail, and a hands-on leadership style. You should:

• Have previous supervisory or team leader experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Be comfortable with early morning starts (from 03:00), varied shifts, and working under pressure in a high-traffic setting
• Be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
• Be passionate about premium service and understand what it means to deliver a truly great guest experience
• Hold a valid passport and be able to provide a complete 5-year background history for vetting (employment, education, volunteering, travel)
• Be willing to undergo a criminal record (DBS) check as part of the airport vetting process

As this role is based airside at Manchester Airport, successful candidates must pass aviation security checks, including:

• A valid passport
• A 5-year checkable history (employment, education, volunteering, or travel)
• A criminal record (DBS) check

This is more than just a bar — it's a premium experience, and we're looking for a Duty Manager to help lead the team, uphold our brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest service every day.

The Role

As a Duty Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting the General Manager, and leading the team through busy airport trading hours. You will:

• Manage the floor and bar during your shift, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service
• Lead and motivate the team, setting clear expectations and providing on-the-spot coaching and support
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock control, and compliance checks
• Ensure all team members adhere to food safety, hygiene, and licensing standards
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset
• Support recruitment, training, and staff development alongside the senior leadership team

What We're Looking For

You are a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and premium service. You'll also bring:

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong operational understanding and the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Confidence in handling busy, high-pressure trading periods (e.g. early mornings, peak holiday travel times)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
• The flexibility to work early shifts (from 03:00), evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A valid passport and the ability to provide a full 5-year checkable history (employment, education, travel, or volunteering)
• Willingness to complete a criminal record (DBS) check as part of airport vetting
