We are looking for an experienced and passionate bartender to join our team as a Bar Supervisor. You will be working alongside the Bar Manager to develop the bar team, ensuring they are trained to deliver perfectly created drinks and provide exceptional service to our guests. You will have responsibility, along with the Bar Manager, for ensuring efficient running of the department, ensuring stocks are controlled effectively and rotas are managed.

**About the role**:
As a Bar Supervisor you will be responsible for being a role model to our junior team members, welcoming and serving guests in a fast-paced environment.

Working on the bar means you are often on of the first points of contact for our guests. You’ll therefore need to have a strong presence and warm, perosnable character whilst working well under pressure. Duties will include:

- Supervising, motivating, coaching and helping to develop the bar team so they work in an efficient and collaborative manner, highlighting any concerns and issues regarding performance and behaviour of the team to the Bar Manager.
- Taking leadership of the bar team and completing all related responsibilities in the absence of the Bar Manager.
- Adapting language and service style to suit the guest, whilst always presenting yourself as professional, friendly and polite.
- A strong knowledge of the drinks we serve to be able to talk effectively to our guests and make accurate recommendations based on their preferences.
