The Role

As a Make Up Event and Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the brand, welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products that suit their style, tone, and goals. You will combine artistry with customer service, turning product demonstrations into lasting connections and repeat business.

This role offers hands-on experience in beauty sales, brand promotion, and customer engagement. It is ideal for someone who is energetic, approachable, and passionate about both people and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, offering expert advice on make-up and skincare products.
  • Demonstrate products in an approachable, professional way that builds trust and confidence.
  • Recommend suitable items and help customers achieve their desired look through tailored consultations.
  • Drive sales by understanding customer needs and meeting daily and weekly goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing product display area.
  • Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand updates.
  • Represent Peak Point and our partner brands with enthusiasm and professionalism.

What We Are Looking For

  • A passion for beauty, cosmetics, and customer interaction.
  • Confidence in communication and an ability to engage naturally with people.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • The ability to work in a fast-moving retail or promotional environment.
  • High standards of personal presentation and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or cosmetics is an advantage but not essential as training is provided.
