Role Overview
In this role as
SEO Manager
, you will be responsible for driving the SEO success of well-known brands to help them grow their businesses. You will manage SEO projects from strategy to execution, leading our team, and collaborating directly with clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills while continuing to learn and develop in the field of SEO.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management

  • Oversee SEO projects for various clients, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop, execute, and analyse SEO strategies in collaboration with the SEO Director.

Keyword Research

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and evaluations to identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
  • Lead the strategy to achieve top ranking positions for important target keywords for your clients.

On-Page & Content Optimisation

  • Identify on-page content opportunities, optimise client websites for improved visibility, and boost search engine rankings.
  • Lead the creation of highly effective content, collaborating with SEO Specialists and Copywriters.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse client site performance using a range of SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs & SE-Ranking.
  • Create clear, data-driven reports in Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver reports to clients with concrete and actionable insights.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in developing new formats for reporting on performance.

Client Communication

  • Organise and lead regular calls with clients, discussing performance, strategies, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Provide regular updates on deliverables, tactics, and performance metrics
  • Uncover opportunities to improve performance for your clients and sell in new services where possible

Team Collaboration

  • Attend regular SEO team meetings to share knowledge, brainstorm new ideas, and stay informed about industry updates.
  • Communicate effectively with your team and other departments.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and new tools to ensure best practices.

Tool Utilisation

  • Leverage a wide array of available SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) to optimise performance and manage client projects efficiently.

Requirements
Language Proficiency
:

  • Fluency in English (C2 level)

Experience & Skills
:

  • 4+ years of SEO experience with a strong passion for the field.
  • Solid on-page SEO expertise.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with: Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Search Console, Data Studio , Screaming Frog.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Bonus Qualifications
:

  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, Social Media).
  • Technical SEO expertise.
  • Previous experience in a digital agency environment.
