We're hiring an experienced SEO Manager to take ownership of SEO across a portfolio of high-growth platforms: Web3.Career, Bondex, and Wavee AI. This is a strategic, full-time role designed for someone who can balance short-term stability with long-term growth.
The sites already have traction—your mission is to keep that stable while designing and executing a scalable SEO strategy across multiple properties. This isn't an agency oversight role. You'll build, operate, and grow.
Your MissionStabilise and Understand
- Audit all current SEO activities, workflows, and automation systems.
- Monitor traffic trends and identify technical or content-related risks.
- Identify opportunities for increasing traffic
- Coordinate with our existing team and plug into our tools stack (SEMrush, GSC, etc.).
- Collaborate with product and marketing to understand user intent and platform structure.
- Develop SEO growth plans tailored to each platform's lifecycle and audience.
- Launch structured content strategies targeting high-intent keywords.
- Identify and act on programmatic SEO opportunities across the job board and career tools landscape.
- Work with our product and dev teams to scope and test SEO-impacting features (e.g. URL structure, metadata templates, crawl optimizations).
- Take full ownership of organic growth KPIs (traffic, leads, conversion).
- Continuously optimise based on performance data and algorithm updates.
- Build repeatable processes for link acquisition, content partnerships, and SEO QA.
- Support broader growth loops like job alert systems, syndication partnerships, and user profile indexing.
- 3–5 years of SEO experience, ideally in-house, with demonstrable results
- Strong technical SEO skills: indexing, schema, page speed, crawl budget, and site architecture
- Strong content SEO instincts: search intent, topic clustering, competitive analysis
- Experience with programmatic SEO (job boards, e-commerce, marketplaces, etc.)
- Proven ability to prioritise actions based on traffic and business impact
- Experience working with Webflow, CMSs, headless architectures, or lightweight dev stacks
- Hands-on familiarity with:
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent
- GA4 + Looker Studio
- Familiarity with job boards
- Familiarity with Web3
- A Bondex Profile
- Background in two-sided platforms or SaaS
- Previous success working in a distributed team across time zones
- Light scripting skills (Python, SQL) for data exploration and reporting
- Own the channel. No agency micromanagement or red tape. This is your playground.
- Multiple platforms. You'll shape SEO across several brands, not just one static site.
- Product x Marketing hybrid. This sits between growth, product, and content.
- Growth runway. We're expanding across multiple domains. SEO is a core engine, not an afterthought.
