THE ROLE

We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to drive growth across the region. This is an office-based role, working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and promoting GRS Group. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with both new & existing customers and suppliers to support continued growth and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties are many and varied, but the list below is considered to be the basic requirement:

  • Prospect and engage new clients across the region.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer and supplier relationships.
  • Prepare and present quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales.
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
