Group Business Central Analyst

The job in a nutshell:

As the product owner of THF holdings Business Central system you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and development, through AL coding or otherwise, to assist in process efficiencies and reliability. You will support the various functions within the systems team to build and maintain APIs, internal flows and actions to assist in automation and reporting, and the interoperability with other systems

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 Business Central system, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and staying updated on new releases and features and applying them.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to Manage, develop and implement extensions and flows as required, particularly with a view of reducing manual processes.

· Collaborate with Group Systems Specialist and Group Automation Analyst to maintain and build BC functionality, Actions, APIs and Flows in AL for interoperability and reporting purposes.

· Manage RBAC and related facets.

· Work with stakeholders to define business requirements, document procedures, and implement solutions within the BC environment.

· Own and manage the relationship with third party app providers as required.

· Reduce the businesses' reliability on the current third-party service provider, both at service level and reliance on their extensions

· Keep up to date with the latest technologies and understand how these can benefit the business

· Be able to develop ideas into tangible outcomes for the benefit of the business, customers, and colleagues

· Share good practices internally and nurture a culture of continuous improvement.

What you need to be successful:

· At least 2 years experience working in an analytical/developer role for Business Central, including AL programming and workflow management.

· Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate or similar.

· Experience of MS Developer tool apps including Power Automate and Power BI (Preferred) · Experience of other Dynamics 365 solutions including CRM, Contact Centre and HR (Preferred).

· Ability to analyse complex data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions within Business Central or otherwise.

· Demonstrate strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, discuss and advise.

· A solid grasp of business operations and IT systems to effectively bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
