We're looking for an engaging
Business Development Executive
to join a growing and supportive team in
Chichester
. This role is perfect for a confident communicator who loves developing relationships, winning new business, and reactivating existing accounts.

The Role

You'll take ownership of your own UK territory - identifying opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and driving growth through proactive, solutions-focused selling.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing B2B customers.
  • Re-engaging lapsed accounts and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Delivering tailored solutions through active listening and expert product knowledge.
  • Managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and quoting to closing.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • You'll be part of a collaborative on-site team, working within a structured schedule that ensures the best service for customers while maintaining a great work-life balance.

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • 2–3 years' experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • A natural, outgoing communication style and a genuine interest in customers.
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and close business.
  • Excellent organisation skills with a strong sense of ownership.
  • The drive to grow in a fast-paced and ambitious business.
  • Experience with CRM systems or the manufacturing/OEM sector would be advantageous but not essential.
