Our MissionAs our new Communications Director, you will play a critical role in shaping how the world sees Improbable and our expanding portfolio of products and initiatives. You will help drive awareness, understanding, and equity for our corporate and product brands, ensuring our vision for virtual worlds is communicated clearly, credibly, and compellingly.
You'll be a skilled storyteller with a strong earned-media mindset and deep understanding of influence networks. You will support the development and execution of strategic messaging, media engagement, and cross-functional communications efforts — contributing directly to a proactive and scalable communications function.
Your Opportunity
Contribute to the development and execution of communications and PR strategies aligned to company goals and values.
Support strategic messaging across external communications, press, crisis communications, and internal communications.
Help evolve Improbable's public messaging and voice to resonate with priority audiences.
Assist in building and managing a network of influencers, media, institutions, and industry gatekeepers.
Support partnerships with external agencies and vendors to scale our communications capability.
Contribute to growing and leading a high-performing internal comms team.
Partner with marketing teams to drive brand awareness and earned media opportunities.
Motivate, coach, and support the growth and development of team members.
Support measurement and reporting on the health and momentum of corporate and product brands.

Experience in high-growth technology, gaming, or frontier-tech environments (preferred).
