Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at our Banbury location. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the store team in achieving sales and operational goals, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing in-store operations, and assisting in staff development. You will also play a key role in maintaining store standards, handling customer inquiries, and implementing company initiatives effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide a team
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service, and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage daily operations, including inventory handling and store presentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Previous retail or management experience is highly desirable
  • A passion for interior design, flooring, or home improvement is a plus
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs
