The Role

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to help expand Odicci's network of partners. This is a hands-on commercial role focused on building relationships, generating leads, and supporting go-to-market activities with partners. You will identify and manage relationships with agencies, technology providers, and eCommerce platforms, creating collaboration opportunities that benefit both Odicci and its partners. This role is perfect for someone with a business development background, strong networking skills, and a solid understanding of Loyalty, eCommerce and Marketing ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new strategic and technology partners.
  • Generate new business opportunities through partner introductions and co-marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner sales and marketing teams to drive collaboration.
  • Support partners in understanding Odicci's platform capabilities, key use cases, and integration possibilities.
  • Represent Odicci at industry events, partner showcases, and webinars to build visibility and credibility.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on partnership objectives and shared pipelines.
  • Track, manage, and report on partner performance and lead contribution.

About You

  • 2–4 years' experience in partnerships (ideally within SaaS, marketing technology, or eCommerce).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain commercial relationships and open new doors.
  • Confident networker comfortable representing Odicci externally and speaking with senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Marketing Automation, eCommerce and/or Loyalty Platforms
  • Basic understanding of API integrations and how SaaS tools connect and exchange data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Curious, energetic, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment.
