About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Operations to take ownership of our performance, systems, and day-to-day delivery across the business. You'll manage our sales, admissions, and support teams ensuring consistent results, smooth processes, and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across sales, admissions, and support departments
  • Build and manage performance dashboards, KPIs, and reports
  • Ensure all applications are processed within agreed SLAs
  • Drive process improvements through CRM and automation
  • Manage team leaders, admissions, and retention functions
  • Report weekly on performance, challenges, and solutions
  • Support the CEO with planning, growth, and scaling initiatives

You'll Need:

  • Experience managing large teams in sales, education, or service environments
  • Strong leadership and process improvement skills
  • Data-driven mindset and CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
