Accommodation Links Ltd is offering a Housing Officer role to the ideal candidate. Working hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Full UK driving licence is essential for this role and a company vehicle will be provided.

Your duties will involve but not limit to:

  • Inspecting Properties
  • Ensuring empty properties are suitable for re-letting
  • Answering Calls
  • Taking Photographs
  • Liaising With Landlords/Agencies/Tenants/Local Authority
  • Preparing Reports
  • Dealing With Relevant Administration Work

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Job Type: 12 Month Contract, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: Up to £13 per hour
