About the Team:
The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Maintain smooth and consistent operations across all functional lines within the lifecycle operations team, regularly reviewing performance to meet or exceed expectations while leading the team to continuously improving operational results, aiming to achieve or surpass SLA/KPI targets.
Manage and implement HR requirements to comply with legal standards, conduct regular audits to confirm adherence while designing and recommending enhancements, improvements, and simplifications of existing HR processes and procedures.
Address and resolve all queries from employees and line managers regarding HR policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of responsiveness and accuracy while also proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
Support employee life cycle management processes, including onboarding, relocation, immigration, termination, personal data changes, and internal transfers, with clear performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, while also supporting ER and HR compliance activities related to these functions, documenting all actions to comply with company policies.
Handle contract management and preparation of all employee documentation in accordance with local legislation (e.g., reference letters, promotion letters, maternity administration, leaves, etc.), maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Enhance internal cohesion, maintain collaborative cross-functional relationships, boost team productivity, and promote a positive culture in line with Bytestyles, periodically assessing team morale and engagement while establishing clear communication channels and performance expectations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or a similar HR generalist role.
Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation/compliance laws and market practices and favourably additional knowledge of other EU countries.
Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off-boarding) and providing end to end HR solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong data analysis or reporting capabilities with process optimisation and digitalisation key factors for future success.
Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational HR environment.
Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive process improvements, and foster a collaborative team culture.
