Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Client Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding process for our new clients. 

You will ensure a seamless, positive and value-driven experience from the point of sale through to full adoption of our services/products and you will be the primary point of contact during onboarding, working cross-functionally to align internal teams and set clients up for long-term success

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from initiation to go-live
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with new clients, acting as their advocate within the business
  • Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Product, IT ) to ensure timely and successful onboarding
  • Develop and deliver onboarding materials, including project plans, training sessions, documentation and timelines
  • Track and manage onboarding milestones, proactively resolving issues or delays
  • Ensure all client requirements and goals are captured and translated into onboarding plans

  • Collect feedback from clients to continually improve the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience in a client-facing onboarding, implementation, or project management role (ideally 5+ years)
  • Proven experience of effective management of multiple vendors and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approac

Preferred

  • Experience working with CRM systems and project management tools
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders
  • Experience in Fintech/Wealthtech/SaaS is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
     or equivalent
