As a
Client Onboarding Administrator
, you'll play a key role in ensuring new client relationships are set up seamlessly and maintained with precision. Working within the Client Onboarding & Data team, you'll be responsible for the accurate input and validation of client data, liaising with internal teams and third-party administrators to make sure everything runs smoothly from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately process new business and client onboarding instructions
  • Manage updates to existing client data such as address and bank detail changes
  • Validate and input client information into internal and third-party systems
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues to resolve queries promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures
  • Support continuous improvement and uphold regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in
    financial services
    in an administrative/client services role
  • High attention to detail and excellent accuracy
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining quality
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and strong communication skills
  • Confident using IT systems and managing data efficiently
  • Previous data entry or client service experience advantageous
