You know the situation. You’ve got a few years’ Client Onboarding experience under your belt but now your career seems stuck in 1st gear.
You’ll be joining an international business with a fantastic reputation. They have a proven track record of promoting from within.
And the business is growing quickly, both here and abroad. The Compliance department is expanding as a result. And that means there will be opportunities for you to continue to develop your career beyond this role.
You’ll be joining a high-performing, close-knit Compliance team that supports one another and also enjoys socialising externally as well.
You’ll manage and coordinate the onboarding process from start to finish, performing AML and KYC due diligence client reviews on corporate clients with different legal structures including Funds, Trusts and SPV’s.
You’ll also be responsible for the identification, review and disposition of all PEPs, Sanctions and Adverse Media during onboarding, assessing any risks posed to the firm. In addition, you’ll perform periodic reviews and refresh KYC documents as and when required.
You’ll have at least 2 years’ experience of Client Onboarding, ideally including the onboarding of Funds (e.g. within a Fund Administrator, Fund Management or FX firm). You’ll also have a strong working knowledge AML regulations including JMLSG.
You’ll also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a genuine team player.
