A client in the education and training sector is seeking a Project Lead to join the team for a 6–12 month transformation programme.

You will lead the redesign of a complex learner onboarding journey, reporting to internal stakeholders and collaborating with external consultants. The objective is to create a scalable, efficient, and engaging process that supports significant growth and improves learner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation programme from discovery to delivery and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to co-create scalable and compliant solutions.
  • Manage external consultants and internal stakeholders, balancing priorities and timelines.
  • Define scope, milestones, and deliverables using agile/hybrid methodologies.
  • Champion innovation and integrate AI to automate workflows and enhance learner experience.
  • Communicate progress transparently and engage teams throughout the journey.
  • Ensure onboarding processes are future-ready and adaptable to product changes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with scaling onboarding or L&D programmes
  • A strategic and adaptable leader with strong operational insight.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influence, and solution facilitation.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.
  • Experience in transformation projects involving digital workflows and service design.
  • Familiarity with agile/hybrid methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
