About the Opportunity

Robert Heath Heating is partnering with Daikin UK, a global market leader in heat pumps and climate control solutions. We are currently recruiting for a highly organised Customer Service & Admin Advisor to join our remote team.

This is a vital role where you will represent the Daikin brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is professional, helpful, and efficient. We are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running, combining strong administrative capabilities with excellent service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-line Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Daikin customers via telephone and email, handling queries regarding products, warranties, and service visits.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate customer records, process documentation, and manage data entry within our CRM systems with high attention to detail.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate with engineers and customers to book service appointments and manage the engineering diary efficiently.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive outcome.

Essential Requirements

Please Note: Previous experience is mandatory for this position.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience in this or a similar role: You must have a proven track record in a Customer Service Desk, Helpdesk, or Administrative Support role.
  • Strong Administrative Background: Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of admin work, data entry, and email correspondence accurately.
  • Remote Working Discipline: The self-motivation to work productively from home without direct supervision.
  • Communication Skills: exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required to represent a premium brand like Daikin.
  • IT Proficiency: Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn new CRM software quickly.
