Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential members through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management, to generate new leads and increase membership sales
- Conduct product demos and personalized tours of the facility to showcase amenities and services that meet client needs
- Develop strategic business development plans to expand outreach within assigned territories, leveraging marketing initiatives and lead generation techniques
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional services or memberships, and ensuring member satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, follow up on leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Negotiate membership packages and terms with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory management, and market analysis to maximize growth opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead management and analysis
- Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, inside sales, and direct sales techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations
- Experience in marketing or business development is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
