Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact
We are seeking Project Managers for the delivery of communication systems for military and/or commercial applications. You will play a critical role in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, with quality and to the defined standards. You must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment where managing resources, stakeholders and risks is cardinal to ensure fulfillment of contractual requirements. You will work with our experienced team members to provide cutting-edge technology solutions to the customers.
Be Part of Our Success
- Manage all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meets all contractual requirements
- Lead and manage the project team
- Able to interpret contract and extract all essential information efficiently to facilitate effective management of project objectives and fulfilments together with the project team
- Identify all contractual system requirements and deliverables and be responsible for managing deliverable timelines for all contractual system designs and reviews
- Analyze and define all project materials and service purchases based on cost optimization and appropriate risk management
- Perform day to day coordination, risk management, liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external project related parties and customers to ensure that the project meets its objectives
- Provide regular project reports/updates to customers, internal departments and management
- Monitor all payment milestones to ensure timely billing in accordance to the planned schedule
Qualities We Value
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven project management experiences (minimum 5 years) in managing medium to large scale projects relating to infrastructure / system integration
- Possesses positive working attitude, innovative problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills, self-driven, results and customer-oriented
- Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
- Technical experience in satellite communications network and equipment preferred
- Experience in delivering projects for the defence sector is highly desired
- Familiarity with the Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage
- Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Ability to travel overseas if required
- Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
