Full Time Chef - 42hrs a week

We're an independent events caterer based in York with a BBQ focus and contemporary relaxed food. We'd like to hire a chef to join our team. We work mostly weddings with a few private parties thrown in. With lots of live fire and bbq influence on our menus, but no compromise on quality, everything fresh, from scratch in house.

We're looking for someone who has a passion for what they do and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a fresh food kitchen. We're based just north of York (5mins drive from the city centre, YO329LE) & as we work in different locations a driving licence would be needed.

Working hours are 42hrs per week, you will have every Sundays off and one weekend off every 6 weeks. There will be a mix of 4 or 5 day weeks, with prep days finishings at 4pm, event days are later.
