The Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Tournant Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team, supporting multiple LPM outlets across our global portfolio. This is a rare opportunity for a passionate and accomplished chef to play a key role in maintaining and elevating LPM's signature standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and deputize for the Executive Chef across multiple LPM locations.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in all culinary operations, training, and food presentation.
- Provide hands-on leadership in the kitchen, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and high performance.
- Assist in menu development, kitchen management, and quality assurance across sites.
- Travel internationally to oversee openings, audits, and support teams as required (minimum 12 weeks per year).
Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Executive Sous Chef within a high-end or Michelin-acclaimed restaurant group.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Well-travelled and culturally adaptable; proficiency in multiple languages and a European passport are highly advantageous due to ease of travel.
- Demonstrated track record of culinary excellence and operational success across diverse environments.
- Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and commitment to LPM's standards of authenticity, quality, and creativity.
- Flexible and eager to travel internationally on a regular basis.
